- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed beef and sear until browned on all sides.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent. Then, add the potatoes, thyme, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth, bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cover the skillet. Cook for 30-40 minutes until tender.
- Remove from heat, let sit, and garnish with parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
