  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 sliced jalapeno (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly brush with olive oil.
  3. Place one tortilla on the skillet, spread a quarter of the BBQ chicken mixture on half, sprinkle with cheese, cilantro, and jalapenos.
