- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to make the glaze.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange pineapple chunks around the salmon and brush fillets generously with glaze.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through and pineapple is caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

- Feel free to add a splash of lime juice for extra zest.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
