- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with soy sauce, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Meanwhile, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add Brussels to the air fryer in the last 8 minutes of cooking the chicken, or cook separately if needed.
- Once cooked, toss chicken with sweet chili sauce and serve alongside Brussels sprouts, garnished with cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for smaller or larger chicken pieces.
- For extra crispiness, broil the Brussels sprouts for 2 minutes after air frying.
