- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and slice your strawberries, using ripe ones for the best flavor.
- Mix the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then add eggs, milk, and vanilla, mixing until incorporated.
- Prepare the Cake Batter: Mix the strawberry cake according to package instructions, pour half into a greased baking dish, layer with cream cheese mix, and pour the remaining batter on top.
- Bake the Cake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.

- Store leftover cake covered in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
