Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook gently until fragrant, about 2 minutes, not browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped herbs, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately or let cool slightly.
