Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Then, add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and any other vegetables you like. Simmer for 5-7 minutes to meld flavors. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
