Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Prepare toppings by slicing avocado, chopping cilantro, and cutting lime wedges.
- Assemble tacos by placing crispy cauliflower on tortillas, topping with avocado and cilantro, and squeezing lime juice over them. Add hot sauce if desired.
Notes
- Store leftover crispy cauliflower separately from tortillas and toppings in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat the cauliflower in the air fryer to restore crispiness before serving.
