- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into 12 small squares; press into a mini muffin tin or use a mini muffin pan.
- Place a slice of brie in each pastry square.
- Top with cranberries and a drizzle of honey.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Brush with beaten egg halfway through baking to achieve a shiny finish.

- Can substitute with goat cheese or mozzarella for variation.
- Serve warm for best flavor and texture.
