Delicious baked pastry cups filled with brie cheese and fresh cranberries, perfect for a quick appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut puff pastry into 12 small squares; press into a mini muffin tin or use a mini muffin pan.
  3. Place a slice of brie in each pastry square.
  4. Top with cranberries and a drizzle of honey.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Brush with beaten egg halfway through baking to achieve a shiny finish.
