- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Mix until creamy.
- Pour batter over crust. Swirl in caramel and chocolate sauces. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
- Allow cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with pecans and additional caramel or chocolate drizzle before serving.
