Instructions

- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Spoon dough onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in strawberry puree to make strawberry cream.
- Slice cooled puffs, fill with strawberry cream, and top with fresh strawberries. Drizzle with glaze if desired.
