Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Press into a lined baking dish to form a crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into cream cheese layer gently.
- Add chocolate chips if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set. Cool before slicing.
