Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Next, add the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to your dry mixture. Stir until well combined into a smooth batter.
- Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips into your cookie dough.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop out the dough and form it into balls.
- Place the tray in your preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
