Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to make the batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring even coating.
- Arrange coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through until crispy and golden.
- Optionally, toss the crispy cauliflower with additional sesame sauce or sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
