- 1 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed pretzels.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then pretzels, pressing to adhere.
- Place coated chicken on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chicken during the last 5 minutes of baking. Continue baking until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or cayenne pepper to the pretzel coating.
- Use shredded mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for different flavor profiles.
