Ingredients
Scale
- 12 frozen cheese ravioli (or Italian-style, thawed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place thawed ravioli on the baking sheet and brush or spray evenly with the oil mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip carefully, and bake 8–10 more minutes until golden and crispy.
- Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, and serve warm with marinara sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil 1–2 minutes at the end—watch closely!
- Uses frozen ravioli for convenience, but fresh works too—just reduce bake time by 2–3 minutes per side.
- Dairy-free? Use vegan cheese ravioli and nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan.
