These crispy keto pepperoni bites are a guilt-free, ultra-easy snack or appetizer that’s loaded with protein and zero carbs. Baked instead of fried, they deliver irresistible crunch without the oil.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pepperoni slices
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each pepperoni slice in half to form about 48 pieces.
  3. Place a small cube of mozzarella on each pepperoni half and top with a pinch of garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
