  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 ciabatta rolls or hearty rolls
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 3 tbsp Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix panko, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Press mixture evenly onto both chicken breasts.
  3. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 20–22 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Slice ciabatta rolls in half and lightly toast in oven or toaster.
  5. Assemble sandwiches: spread Caesar dressing on bottom halves, layer with lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan and top with roll halves.
