Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, shaking off excess, then arrange in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with olive oil and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, toss cooked cauliflower with buffalo hot sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks for dipping.
