Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray with olive oil and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- In a bowl, toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and dip on the side.
