- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
- Place a spoonful of chicken mixture and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll tightly, secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Spray taquitos with cooking spray and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway until golden and crispy.
