Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add sliced pepperoncini peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring well. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing pepperoncini peppers.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
