- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
- Add orzo and toast for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until orzo is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and cooked sausage. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
