- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Mix in cooked rigatoni until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

- You can add cooked chicken or sausage for extra protein.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
