Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in the crockpot, add chicken, and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Add potatoes around the chicken and cook for an additional 2 hours.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, parmesan, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour sauce over chicken and potatoes in the crockpot, cook for another 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
