- 2 chicken breasts, diced

Instructions
- Prepare the pasta by boiling a large pot of salted water. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown and cooked through. Stir in minced garlic and cook for one additional minute.
- Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream to the skillet. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and smooth, then mix in cooked pasta until well coated.
- Plate the dish, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot to enjoy the delightful flavors!
