- 12 oz fettuccine
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce, toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
