  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and prep accordingly. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove excess fat and set aside.
  3. Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
