- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam or roast cauliflower until tender, then drain excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cauliflower until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or blue cheese crumbles before serving.
