- 1 pound (450g) pasta shells
- 1 pound (450g) ground beef
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, allowing it to simmer and thicken slightly.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy.
- Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet, toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
