- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, mash potatoes until smooth. Mix in melted butter, cream, garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy and well combined.

- For extra flavor, add grated cheese or a dash of nutmeg.
