- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups prepared stuffing
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing, cranberries, Parmesan, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

- For extra flavor, add a splash of orange zest or a drizzle of honey.
- Serve warm with cranberry sauce or dip of choice.
