Instructions
- Add shredded chicken, carrots, peas, potatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper into the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 4 hours until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Transfer filling to a pie dish lined with one pie crust.
- Cover with second crust, seal edges, and cut small slits on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
