- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, then sour cream, mixing well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and beat until combined.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with milk to make glaze. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
