  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated

  • Cooked jasmine rice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken thighs for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until caramelised, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
