- 1 lb (450g) Italian sausage links
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (240ml) chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place diced potatoes and sliced onion in the slow cooker.
- Add minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper over the potatoes and onions.
- Lay the sausage links on top of the vegetables.
- Pour chicken broth over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until potatoes are tender and sausages are cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute sweet potatoes for regular potatoes for a sweeter flavor.
- For a smokier taste, add a dash of smoked paprika.
- Serve with crusty bread or a simple green salad for a complete meal.
