Instructions
- Place beef chunks in the crock pot. Add diced potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, tomato paste, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth ensuring ingredients are covered.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked.
- Stir in peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

- You can substitute beef with ground beef or turkey for variation.
- Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
