  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 8 oz (225g) egg noodles or pasta of choice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional for extra flavor)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream, add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until the sauce is well combined and heated through.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Add the cooked noodles and toss gently until everything is evenly coated. Warm for a minute or two to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat heavy cream.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
  • Adjust seasoning to suit your taste — a pinch of red pepper flakes can add a spicy kick.
  • To make it gluten-free, substitute egg noodles with gluten-free pasta options.
