- 1/4 cup maple syrup (for vegan option)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil or vegan butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather all ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cream together coconut oil and brown sugar in a separate bowl until light and fluffy. Add maple syrup and mix well.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients, followed by the Quaker oats and raisins to form a dough.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool before transferring to a wire rack.
