- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus more for glazing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Lipton onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, and ketchup. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf form, about 2 inches thick, and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Spread a layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Notes
- Leftover meatloaf can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
- For longer storage, freeze individual slices for up to 3 months.
- Can be served with mashed potatoes, steamed green beans, or as a sandwich with toppings.
