Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by slicing the chicken, mushrooms, and bell pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until fully cooked (5-7 minutes).
- Add minced garlic, ginger, mushrooms, and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and toss to coat the chicken and vegetables. Cook for one more minute before serving.
