Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Arrange sliced croissants in the dish, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
- Pour custard over croissants evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and set.
- Allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a splash of coffee or a sprinkle of cinnamon to the custard. Serve with fresh berries for added brightness.
