Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract into the creamed mixture and beat until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the dough into a greased pie dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for a week.
- Can be frozen for up to three months.
