Instructions
- Cream together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Drop rounded balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!
