- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 cups mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
- Spoon dough onto baking sheets, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Immediately top hot cookies with mini marshmallows and a few chocolate chips.
- Gently toast marshmallows with a kitchen torch or under the broiler until golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- Use fresh mini marshmallows for the best toasted effect.
- Crushed graham crackers add authentic s’mores flavor.
