Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and butter until creamy and smooth.
- Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until well mixed.
- Gradually sift in all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until thick and combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet, leaving space between each. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
