Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning mix.
- Spread the potatoes evenly on a sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add sliced sausage to the pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake until melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
