- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
- Mix mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the edges over to create a ball and pinch to seal.
- Brush with the garlic butter mixture and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- You can add cooked bacon or jalapenos for extra flavor.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
