Cheesy garlic parmesan bombs are savory, cheesy bites filled with garlic and herbs, baked until golden and bubbly, perfect for sharing or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
  4. Mix mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the edges over to create a ball and pinch to seal.
  7. Brush with the garlic butter mixture and place on prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
