- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make garlic mayo.
- Spread garlic mayo on each tortilla.
- Distribute shredded chicken evenly over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Add chopped lettuce on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form wraps.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill wraps until golden and cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced tomatoes or pickles before rolling. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
